OVERVIEW

Welcome to Flintlock Coffee Co. LLC. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Flintlock Coffee Co. LLC, an Arkansas Limited Liability Company. By visiting, purchasing from, or subscribing through flintlockcoffeeco.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, are a legal resident of the United States, and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing orders or creating an account.

SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS

Flintlock Coffee Co. LLC sells fresh-roasted organic coffee produced in a home kitchen in Mountainburg, Arkansas, operating under the Arkansas Cottage Food Law (Act 562). All coffee is roasted to order in small batches using 100% Organic Arabica beans.

Cottage Food Disclosure: "This product was produced in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the State Department of Health."

Product descriptions, tasting notes, roast levels, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at any time.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders are confirmed via email after payment is processed. Please review your order carefully — we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is accepted and roasting has begun.

SECTION 4 — SUBSCRIPTIONS

Flintlock Coffee Co. LLC offers recurring coffee subscriptions billed automatically every 30 days.

By subscribing you agree to the following:

  • Your payment method will be charged automatically on your billing date every 30 days
  • Subscription price is locked at the rate active at the time of your initial subscription
  • You may cancel, pause, or skip a delivery at any time through your customer account portal before your next billing date
  • Cancellations made after a billing date has processed will take effect on the following cycle — no refunds are issued for already-processed subscription charges
  • We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days written notice to your email on file

SECTION 5 — PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are roasted fresh and ship within 48 hours of roasting via USPS. Delivery estimates are 3-5 business days and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon transfer to the carrier.

Shipping rates:

  • Standard: $5.99 flat rate
  • Free shipping on orders $35 and over

SECTION 7 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all sales on opened bags are final. Unopened bags may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original sealed condition.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at orders@flintlockcoffeeco.com for a replacement or full refund. We do not require return of damaged goods.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

SECTION 8 — ARKANSAS COTTAGE FOOD COMPLIANCE

Flintlock Coffee Co. LLC operates under the Arkansas Cottage Food Law. Our products are produced in a home kitchen and are not inspected by the Arkansas Department of Health. We comply with all applicable labeling, sales, and revenue requirements under Arkansas Act 562 and its current amendments.

SECTION 9 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on flintlockcoffeeco.com including the Flintlock Coffee Co. LLC name, logo, product names, photography, and written content is owned by Flintlock Coffee Co. LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

SECTION 10 — PRIVACY

Your personal information is collected and used solely to process orders, manage subscriptions, and communicate with you about your purchases. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy linked in the footer of this website.

SECTION 11 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flintlock Coffee Co. LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

SECTION 12 — DISCLAIMER

Our products are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of our products for any particular purpose beyond their intended use as a food and beverage product. Individual taste experiences may vary.

SECTION 13 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Crawford County, Arkansas.

SECTION 14 — CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or subscription service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
