How fresh is your coffee? Every bag of Flintlock Coffee Co. is roasted within 7 days of your order — guaranteed. We never pre-roast and stockpile. Your coffee ships fresh, every single time.
What is the difference between Dusk & Ember and Granjeros' Gold? Dusk & Ember Dark Roast is our flagship blend — a bold, smooth dark roast sourced from Brazil and Colombia, built for everyday drinking. Granjeros' Gold is our limited release single-origin from Buesaco, Nariño, Colombia — a premium specialty grade bean with bright citrus and brown sugar notes, available in small quantities only.
Do you sell whole bean or ground coffee? Both. You can choose whole bean or ground at checkout. We recommend whole bean for maximum freshness — grind right before brewing for the best cup.
How should I store my coffee? Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the bag sealed between uses. Best consumed within 90 days of the roast date printed on your bag.
Where are you located? Flintlock Coffee Co. is proudly based in Mountainburg, Arkansas. Small town. Bold coffee.
How long does shipping take? We roast to order and ship within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping typically delivers within 3-5 business days after that.
Do you offer subscriptions? Not yet — but coming soon. Join our email list to be the first notified when subscriptions launch.
What brewing methods work best? Dusk & Ember works great with drip, French press, and pour over. Granjeros' Gold is exceptional for espresso and pour over.
Can I return my order? Due to the perishable nature of fresh roasted coffee we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect contact us at orders@flintlockcoffeeco.com and we will make it right immediately.
