Cancellation policy
Subscription Cancellation Policy
You may cancel, pause, or skip your Flintlock Coffee Co. subscription at any time with no penalties or fees.
To cancel: Log into your account at flintlockcoffeeco.com, go to Manage Subscriptions, and select Cancel. You may also email us at contact@flintlockcoffeeco.com to request cancellation.
Cancellation timing: Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next scheduled order date to avoid being charged for that billing cycle. Orders already roasted and shipped cannot be refunded.
Pausing: You may pause your subscription for up to 3 months at any time through your account portal.
Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of fresh-roasted coffee, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at orders@flintlockcoffeeco.com and we will make it right.
