Processing Time All coffee is roasted fresh to order. Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of roasting. Subscriptions are fulfilled on a weekly batch schedule.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate
- Free Shipping on all orders $35 and over
Carrier All orders ship via USPS. Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you automatically when your order ships.
Subscriptions Subscription orders are roasted and shipped on a set weekly schedule. Your tracking number will be emailed each time a new bag ships. Subscription billing occurs every 30 days automatically.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at orders@flintlockcoffeeco.com and we will make it right.
