Return and Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all sales are final on opened bags. Unopened bags may be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original sealed condition.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at orders@flintlockcoffeeco.com so we can make it right with a replacement or full refund. We do not require you to return damaged goods.

Returns — Unopened Bags Only To start a return, contact us at orders@flintlockcoffeeco.com. Approved returns ship to: Flintlock Coffee Co. LLC, PO Box 164, Mountainburg, AR 72946 Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Subscriptions You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date through your account portal. No refunds are issued for already-processed subscription charges.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
